Surface Fabric: 100% knitted Polyester

Other products on the market use spun or needle punch Polyester which has minimal resistance to abrasion, consequently when walked on, will very quickly Pill (this is the bobblie bits you get on jumpers etc) this pilling effect will rapidly have a detrimental effect on the quality of the image, resulting in a short life span,?Our Knitted Polyester Fabric has a high resistance to abrasion, is guaranteed not to Pill which means your image lasts longer resulting in a long life span, which is why we can guarantee our Mat-Talk Mat to retain 80% of its original image after 2 years consistent use.

Base: 100% Nitrile Rubber?

This is probably the single most important component, Nitrile Rubber classified as a food grade rubber and does not contain any impurities, it is resistant to Oil, Grease, Bleach and most chemicals, it has the highest none slip rating, and is guaranteed to always lay flat, not curl up, crack, or smell and stain the floor underneath, and is UV resistant, also it is the only rubber that can be commercially washed, this means you can if required wash the mats in a washing machine.

Print: Full colour, Digital Dye Sublimation.

As you will have seen from the web site there is no limitation on colours or design, and we can produce to photographic quality, also we use sufficient Inks to ensure your image is not just on the surface but is transferred deep into the fabric, this ensures your image will not wear away and stay in use longer.
