Delivery & Shipping Policy
- All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order
- All orders will be delivered within 4 days of dispatch
We use Startrack Express for all deliveries which enables us to track all orders via the Startrack Express web site, so if you are enquiring about the progress of an order, please contact Dispatch for an up to date report:

The exception to the above is if the delivery address is a PO BOX, in which case the order will be shipped parcel post.
Shipping Costs for Online Orders
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the cumulative goods and the delivery location within Australia, based on metro or country Postcodes. These costs are calculated once the delivery postcode information is captured by the system during the Check out process. Online purchases can be terminated at the point of online purchase e.g, Credit Card detail submission. Any cancellations past this point will be handled by Image Mats based on the Refund/ Return Policy.
Refund/ Return Policy
In the event of the customer not being 100% satisfied with their purchase, Image Mats will either;
- Exchange the product for another of the customer’s choice
- Give a full refund
The above will only be applicable if Image Mats are notified within 3 days of the customer receiving the goods.
